2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if you request it within 30 days of your purchase and if the service has not met the standards described in our service agreement. Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase within 2 working days.

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted if you have used a portion of the service. The refund amount will be calculated based on the unused portion of your subscription or credits.

6. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to the service until then.

7. Exceptions

Refunds may not be available for services that have been fully delivered and used, or in cases where the service was used in violation of our Terms of Service.
